Where will We Flee to Escape What is Coming Upon Us in the World?

The question on the lips of most, who live under racist and other intimidation in South Africa and in the whole world, is the following, “Where do we flee, seeing that the government in South Africa, (just as throughout Africa and in all communist countries throughout the world), is openly threatening us with dispossession and genocide?”

Do not believe that any citizen of planet earth is safe from escalating, end-time oppression. Besides the dreadful implementation of socialism in South Africa, in true communist-socialist fashion, the government is also planning to implement new legislation that “attacks the Word of God” by turning it into “hate speech;” threatening all those who “speak the Word of God” with a 10-year prison sentence. Now, “in China, religious freedom has [again] reached to the worst level that has not been seen since the beginning of the Cultural Revolution by Chairman Mao [Zedong] in the 1960’s…” In fact, reports of government persecution on believers and other ordinary citizens are coming from all over the world.

Few people know this, but throughout Africa, and I suspect in the rest of the world as well, where socialist governments have seized productive farms, and also nationalized the mines and the rest of the economy, they are now selling it all to China. Virtually nothing of all the incalculable colonial wealth socialists have seized by blood and mayhem has flowed into the hands of their citizens, as they have promised. In this manner, China, “the dragon from the East” as prophesied in the truth of the Bible, is ‘buying’ and populating the whole world, (Dan. 7-12; Rev. 13:1-10.)

So, while there are still a few ‘safe’ and productive First World countries in this world, it will be good to flee socialist countries, yes? That seems absolutely logic, but we must realize that moving without God while under pressure of any kind, is an extremely dangerous thing to do. “Those who are led by the Holy Spirit [into all contextual and thus real truth,] are the children of God,” (Rom. 8:9-14.) Moving without the True Scriptural leading of the Spirit is typified by the saying, “Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.” However, fleeing persecution as the Spirit leads, is the safest thing to do when our spiritual, emotional, and physical lives are threatened, (Mt. 10:23.) This especially applies to our to spiritual lives in churches, where false doctrines, norms, and forms persecute believers to ‘relieve’ them of their time and money here on earth, as well as their eternal lives in heaven, (Rev. 18:4.) Thus, I urge all believers to escape the false dogmas of churches by fleeing to the contextual Truth of God’s Word. The Word of God will always give us direction to handle global persecution on all levels of life. Thus, God commanded in Revelation 18:4, “Come out of her, [the church system,] MY PEOPLE, [My true believers,] lest you share in her sins and receive of her plagues…”

The following commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ applies to every level of life. Matthew 24:15-31, “…Flee to the mountains, [the symbol of higher, safer ground; spiritually, emotionally, and physically if possible.] …Do not go down to take anything out of your house. [This is the haste in which we must flee from all forms of evil as far as possible.] …If they say to you, ‘Look, he, [salvation, redemption, provision, and healing] is in the desert!’ do not go out, or ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it… for the Kingdom of God is WITHIN [His truly born again disciples,] Lu. 17:20-21 KJV.] For as the lightning comes [as suddenly and visibly] from the east and flashes to the west, [ever heard of ‘secret’ lightning flashes?] so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.” Worldwide persecution and destruction will only be stopped by the once-off, global appearance of Jesus on the clouds on That [One] Day when He returns, (Rev. 1:7-8

However, until That Day, all believers must still live in this world, although they are not spiritually part of the world. Thus, by grace, we all remain responsible to uphold our own lives, (and helping others to do the same,) in every aspect, (spiritually, emotionally, and physically.) Yet, fear must never drive believers, for that is the voice of the devil. Decisive action, (not bewildered reaction,) in the context of Scriptural obedience must follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.

I share the Word God had spoken to me concerning the option to sell, pack up and flee overseas or to one of South African’s neighboring countries, or to stay. I do not share this as a general commandment of God, but as a testimony to how real the Scriptural voice or Word of the Holy Spirit can be. It is a fact that He speaks to us in every situation of our lives.

God gave me Jeremiah 42:1-17 to reveal His answer to this request. The context of this Scripture is the Old Testament dispensation before Jesus atoned for all our sin and as a result, the indwelling Holy Spirit was not yet given at Pentecost, (Jn. 7:39, KJV.) Still, the Old Covenant is “an example” to New Testament Covenant believers of how God’s deals with us on a Moral level under the New Covenant, (1 Cor. 10:11.)

It states, “[When the remnant of Israel faced the same type of threats from their ruling government as mentioned above,] the captains of the forces… and all the people, from the least to the greatest, came near, and asked Jeremiah… ‘Please… pray for us to the Lord our God for all the remnant, SINCE WE ARE LEFT BUT A FEW OF MANY, as you can see, that the Lord our God may show us the way in which we should walk and the thing we must do. [In South Africa, it is estimated that the white minority numbers about 4 million compared to some 100 million black people,] When Jeremiah agreed, they said to him, ‘Let the Lord be a true and faithful witness between us, if we do not do according to everything which the Lord our God [commands us.] Whether it is pleasing or displeasing, we will obey the voice of the Lord our God…’

“And it happened… that the Lord’s Word came to Jeremiah. Then he called… all the captains of the forces and the people from the least even to the greatest, and said to them, ‘Thus says the Lord… If you will still remain in this land, then I will build you and not pull you down, and I will plant you and not pluck you up… Do not be afraid of the king of Babylon, of whom you are afraid… for I Am with you, to save you and deliver you from his hand. And I will show you mercy, that he may have mercy on you and cause you to [dwell] in your own land. But if you say, ‘We will not dwell in this land,’ disobeying the voice of the Lord your God, saying, ‘No but we will go to… Egypt where we will see no war, nor hear the sound of the [warring] trumpet, nor be hungry for bread…’

“Then hear now the Word of the Lord… ‘If you wholly set your faces to enter Egypt, [a foreign place,] to dwell there, then it will be that the sword which you feared will overtake you there in the land of Egypt; the famine of which you are afraid will follow close after you there in Egypt, and there you will die…”

Only a few weeks after this, it was reported that in Namibia and Botswana, which borders South Africa and seemed the “safest” places to settle, the governments are implementing the same racist laws against whites to dispossess everyone to allegedly “rectify the wrongs of the past.” However, globally, communism/socialism always has a million reasons to oppress, dispossess, and murder their own citizens as history, since the Russian takeover in 1917, has proven.

What is happening in South Africa, is also a global onslaught against the citizens of all the countries in the world. Those who flee South Africa and other communist countries now might be ‘safe’ in ‘Egypt’ for a while, but global oppression by governments will “overtake” everyone in the end, (Rev. 13:7-10.)

Paul prophesied in 1 Thessalonians 5:1-10, “Concerning the times… you have no need that I should write to you. For you know perfectly that The Day of the Lord, [that One Day of Jesus’ return,] so comes as a thief in the night, [not secretly but unexpectedly.] For when they say “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them… and they will not escape… [But because you are in the Light,] That Day should not overtake you as a thief [when you least expect it…] Let us be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and [Moral Law] love, and as a helmet the hope of God’s [provision and] salvation… Therefore, comfort each other and edify one another… [with these words.]”

Our God Is always the same God, Who revealed Himself under both the Old and the New Covenants as the God Who is able to supply all the needs of all His true, blood-redeemed children. Let every one of us constantly seek His face under all circumstances. Let us all hear “what the Spirit says to [the ecclesia or called out assemblies] of Christ,” and to us individually. It is always better to be led through the wilderness than to perish at the “fleshpots of Egypt,” which do not only refer to ‘safety and security,’ but to materialism, idolatry, sexual and other immorality, and religion without the truth of, and obedience to the Word of God.
